Beyond choosing 3 mm vs 7 mm, we redistribute shots based on your facial volume and fat pattern: e.g., 3 mm-leaning plans for low-fat faces; 7 mm-weighted plans for double chin/jawline fat.

Our “one-notch” technique that boosts efficiency

Rather than running the entire session at 90 W, we often start higher (100–110 W) to raise tissue temperature quickly, then maintain around 90 W.

• Faster to the response zone: Higher initial power shortens the time to effective thermal build-up.

• Less energy loss at the peak: Quick ramp-up reaches target temperature before heat diffuses, focusing effect in dermis/subcutis with minimal surface stress.

• Higher efficiency in less time: A 90 W-only protocol may require more lines/time to reach the same response. High-start + controlled maintenance achieves effect sooner while keeping comfort in check.

• What you feel: Patients often report earlier, clearer tightening vs 90 W alone, with manageable warmth as output is reduced after the initial ramp.

What ONDA does (Lifting + Tightening, together)

ONDA uses microwave energy (2.45 GHz) to heat dermis and subcutaneous fat for lifting and tightening in one platform. Like a microwave, it vibrates water molecules to create frictional heat—prompting collagen contraction and neocollagenesis, and selective fat disruption for visible contouring.

Microwaves preferentially absorb in tissue water, so we can target dermis/fat while sparing the epidermis, making treatments comfortable with low downtime.

Two handpieces, two depths

3 mm handpiece (dermis/dermo-fat junction)

• Triggers immediate collagen fiber contraction (≈60–65 °C) and new collagen/elastin/HA synthesis → instant tightening and smoother texture.

• Reduces edematous fat water content for a quick line-refining effect.

7 mm handpiece (deep subcutaneous fat)

• Selectively disrupts adipocytes; damaged fat clears via lymphatics, refining contours.

• Timeline: change from 2–3 weeks, visible by ~4 weeks, peak ~6 weeks. Lost fat cells do not regenerate.

• Also causes immediate ligamentous tightening, adding a lifted look.

Temperature control
Collagen contracts near 60–65 °C. Achieving this safely relies on slow, deliberate passes where stacking is needed—an operator-dependent skill we prioritize.

Water-selective absorption
Because energy targets water-rich layers, there is minimal effect on nerves/vessels, focusing heat where dermis/fat can benefit—less pain, lower risk, higher comfort.

Powerful combinations

ONDA can be performed alone, or paired with Shurink (HIFU to SMAS) or Oligio (RF tightening) for layered synergy. On the same day, pre-built heat can shorten stacking time and raise satisfaction.

• Temporary dryness/warmth can occur—use a rich moisturizer.

• Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect treated areas when outdoors.
