[Secret RF Agnes] Fundamental Solution for Acne: Sebaceous Gland Destruction
A laser treatment that selectively manages sebaceous gland areas while considering skin surface damage, it is used for sebaceous gland management, one of the main causes of acne. It can be considered for those with oily skin or those who experience recurring acne in specific areas. This is a laser treatment precisely applied to acne and acne scar areas using a micro-insulated needle. *VAT separate *Tip fees separate

KKEUT Clinic — AGNES
At KKEUT, AGNES isn’t “one shot per spot.” We design each session so the right glands receive the right energy at the right depth—safely and effectively.
How our AGNES is different
1) “Scatter pattern” design for clustered sebaceous glands
Sebaceous glands often sit in clusters, not as single points. We start at the core lesion and add shots outward at the proper output and depth to treat the entire cluster, not just one pore.
2) 3D dosing by depth and power
We choose the needle length to match each area’s anatomy and adjust RF output and dwell time to the lesion’s size and depth. On repeat visits we make micro-position adjustments rather than re-stabbing the exact same spot—this helps minimize irritation while maintaining efficacy.
3) Real-time feedback by tissue “heat response”
AGNES aims for a localized coagulation around 60–70 °C. During treatment we look for subtle tissue changes (slight elevation or color shift) that indicate adequate heating. We adjust in real time to avoid over-coagulation, then review the area with you in a mirror and carefully top up any under-treated points—until you’re satisfied.
4) Thoughtful calming care
Right after AGNES, we apply a Jaungo modeling pack to cool and soothe, helping reduce heat sensation and support recovery. This integrated aftercare is part of what improves comfort and outcomes.
Fordyce spots (yellow/white bumps on the lips): AGNES treatment
Fordyce spots are simply visible sebaceous glands on the lip or oral mucosa—but once you notice them, they can be bothersome.
AGNES with insulated RF needles selectively coagulates the gland while sparing the surface, allowing a clean, quick improvement without medication.
“Chicken skin” under the eyes (sebaceous hyperplasia): AGNES treatment
That bumpy, pebbled look beneath the eyes is often sebaceous hyperplasia, not enlarged pores.
AGNES lets us target the glands only, even in delicate areas like the lower eyelids, for natural-looking smoothing with a low risk of scarring or pigmentation.
Benefits at a glance
- Targets the sebaceous gland itself → helps reduce acne recurrence
- Minimal epidermal injury → lowers risk of scars or PIH
- Treats blackheads, milia, syringomas, and other small bumps
- Safe around sensitive zones (eyes, lips) with proper settings
- Customized output by area/lesion/skin status
- Single-use sterile tips for hygienic treatment
Good candidates
- Recurrent or relapsing acne
- Can’t take, or prefer to avoid, isotretinoin
- Oily skin with enlarged pores/blackheads
- Many milia or syringomas (small benign bumps)
Treatment steps
STEP 01. 1:1 personalized consultation
STEP 02. Self-cleanse
STEP 03. Topical anesthetic cream
STEP 04. AGNES treatment (needle length & RF tailored to you)
STEP 05. Jaungo modeling pack for calming
Aftercare
- Redness and swelling typically settle within ~6 hours; for some, 1–2 days.
- Tiny micro-scabs can form—please allow them to shed naturally.
- For 7 days, avoid sauna/jjimjilbang, swimming, soaking, alcohol, and smoking.
- When outdoors, apply sunscreen every 3–4 hours; keep skin well-moisturized and hydrate adequately.
- Temporary breakouts, itching, or redness can occur depending on skin sensitivity. If anything feels unusual or uncomfortable, contact the clinic.
Reminder: Outcomes and downtime vary by skin type and lesion depth. We tailor settings to you and pair treatment with calming care to keep the process as smooth—and effective—as possible.

Q&A
고객님들이 가장 많이 물어보시는 내용을 모았습니다.
How does Agnes treatment work?
Agnes treatment uses a 'high-frequency insulated needle' to directly deliver high-frequency (RF) energy to the sebaceous glands, surrounding subcutaneous fat, or the central part of the lesion, which are the root causes of acne. This RF energy is converted into heat within the tissue, locally forming a temperature of approximately 60-70 degrees Celsius. The heat generated coagulates the sebaceous glands and fat cells, weakening or eliminating their function, and consequently induces the gradual reduction or absorption of the affected tissue. This can be seen as directly managing the problematic sebaceous glands, rather than simply temporarily reducing sebum secretion. After the treatment, you can expect a reduced risk of acne recurrence and relatively long-term stable improvement.
What is the recommended treatment cycle for Agnes?
While there may be differences depending on individual skin condition and the extent of the lesion, we generally recommend considering a total of 3 sessions with intervals of approximately 3-4 weeks.
